The Medallion Trail Hart system is a premium exhaust designed solely for trucks that are driven on the street and even off-road with the optional “turn down” pipe for clearance going over steep hills, rocks, and more.

Designed for Trucks (Street & Off-Road): The Revel Medallion Trail Hart exhaust system introduces our renowned Touring-S series to truck applications. Utilizing full SUS304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance, 1.5mm wall thickness piping for increased strength and reduced resonation and unwanted noise. All Revel Medallion Trail Hart exhaust systems are mandrel to ensure piping diameter is consistent throughout the system which optimizes exhaust flow, sound flow, and overall quality.

Optional Turn Down Pipe: The new “Turn Down” Pipe (sold separately) has been exclusively designed for the Trail Hart series exhaust systems to provide a shorter exhaust exit for those who require extra clearance while traveling off-road.

Fully Hand TIG Welded: The Medallion Trail Hart exhaust system is fully hand TIG welded and utilizes laser cut flanges that are stronger for more durable connections.

Dual-Wall Angle Cut Tips: The dual-wall angle cut tips have a large inner diameter for modern aesthetics and increased exit flow.

Advantex® Packing Material: Advantex packing material offers superior flow characteristics while offering great sound suppression. It is a highly advanced muffler packing material that greatly excels over other types such as loosely-packed fiberglass materials and composite cube types. It is heat resistant up to 1200º F and extends the functional life of the exhaust system.
