End Tanks: BladeRunner GT Series intercooler end tanks are constructed out of heavy-duty 3/16" TIG-welded aluminum plates. Oversized Bar and Plate Core: This BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler features a 3" bar and plate core that is extremely durable and allows for greater airflow over stock. Billet Aluminum Fittings: This BladeRunner Intercooler and tube kit features billet aluminium inlet and outlets with a quick-connect adapter and an o-ring seal to ensure a leak-free fit while maintaining superior strength and durability. TIG-Welded: 100% TIG-welded for race proven strength and durability. TIG-welding provides the strongest welds, reducing stress cracks. Flow and Performance: The included tubes are powder coated wrinkle black and are constructed of mandrel-bent aluminum for maximum airflow. The smooth transition bends decrease turbulence and minimize pressure loss, increasing performance. Also featured are heavy-duty 5-ply silicone couplings and stainless-steel spring-loaded T-bolt clamps. Perfect Fit: This BladeRunner intercooler kit uses factory mounting locations for stability and easy installation. Custom Appearance: BladeRunner intercoolers are brush finished and along with charge pipes feature laser engraved aFe POWER logos.
