Product Description

Big tires and aggressive usage of your vehicle will cause the factory steering components to bend or break. For those who get out in the dirt and rocks, RockJock's Currectlync Steering System is must-have! Being pro-active, so you don't get stranded in the wilderness is the smart thing to do for your family's safety. RockJock's completely bolt-on Currectlync Steering System is rated at 200 percent stronger than the stock components! Features include a solid alloy steel 1 1/4 in. diameter tie rod, a 1 1/4 in. diameter solid forged steel drag link, larger forged, greasable tie rod ends, premium adjuster and clamps and it's painted black, so it's ready for install right out of the box! Our heavy duty U-bolt style steering stabilizer shock mounting bracket kit is included to allow you to easily reinstall your factory stabilizer shock or an upgraded CE-9170SD1 Rancho RS5000 stabilizer shock. This easy to install kit requires no modifications or machining to any part of the vehicle!

Product Key Features

  • Intended for use with 0–4 in. of lift out of the box.
  • Can be used with up to 5 in.–6 in. of lift, but requires the use of a 2 in. dropped pitman arm for any lift amount over 4 in.
  • Vehicles must be equipped with a 2 in. bump stop extension over stock – regardless of lift amount.
  • For use on factory Dana 30 and Dana 44 differentials – or aftermarket axles that retain the factory outer steering knuckles.
  • All 4 rod end tapers are designed to fit the vehicles stock, original taper for ease of installation. If your tapers have been enlarged or drilled out – this will no longer be a bolt-on kit.
  • In vehicles with no lift, or smaller lifts, the tips of the drag link ends may require slight trimming to prevent them from touching each other inside the adjuster sleeve.
  • Do not use this unit outboard of the lift amount and bump stop requirements outlined above! Deviating from these parameters will cause damage and premature wear to the components that is NOT covered under warranty!
  • The Steering Stabilizer Bracket Kit that is included may be used with the stock stabilizer shock, an upgraded CE-9170SD1 Rancho RS5000 stabilizer shock and likely many other aftermarket shocks.
  • You must grease all rod ends via their zerk fittings before use. Familiarize yourself with the greasing instructions before greasing!
  • Grease unit with non-synthetic, hi-moly lube grease, such as our CE-9013G
  • Finish is gloss black paint on steering components and zinc plating on stabilizer shock bracket components.

Product Brand Information

RockJock by John Currie’s roots run deep as jeeping has been a love of the Currie family for decades. In his off-roading adventures, John pushed the limits of his vehicles coming to the realization of the shortcomings of the equipment. Thus, it became John’s goal to design and build the best-performing, strongest, most durable products on the market. A Jeep suspension upgrade product line was first developed in the 1980s based around Jeep CJ and YJ vehicles. Fast forward to 1998 and John’s off-roading passion evolved into professional rock crawling competitions. In 2001, John Currie took home the 1st place trophy in the Extreme Rock Crawling Championship Series, in a RockJock equipped Jeep TJ Wrangler. This was the first of many victories and championships for John, and the victories have continued with various other drivers of RockJock equipped vehicles in numerous rock crawling, Ultra 4 and desert racing categories!
