Product Description

TeraFlex High-Angle Rzeppa CV Driveshafts combine the smooth torque transfer of a CV joint with the high-angle misalignment of a traditional U-joint. This unique Rzeppa CV Joint and high-angle boot are designed for the extreme angles associated with larger lift heights. Laser welded 2-3/8" carbon steel tubing results in superior strength and longevity. Precision construction reduces harmonic vibration for smoother high RPM dynamics. These driveshafts are zeroed out during final assembly for a true centric assembly without need for balance weights. Unlike a U-joint style driveshaft the Rzeppa CV Joint does not experience a significant loss in strength due to high angles. Our innovative features address all the shortcomings found in the factory style driveshaft without sacrificing the benefits. This is especially important on JK Wrangler/Unlimited models with 3"+ lift.

TeraFlex manufactures components for the Jeep Wrangler including premium suspension systems and performance shocks, heavy-duty axles and low-range gearing, body armor, and more. With our roots dating back to the 1950s beginning as MEPCO (Military Equipment Parts Company), a distributor of Jeep parts and accessories, we have gained a vast knowledge of the various CJ/Wrangler platforms. In the fall of 1996, TeraFlex began manufacturing parts in-house to fulfill the need for heavy-duty off-road suspension pieces and equipment for the then-new TJ Wrangler. Our experience and knowledge has allowed us to create the unique and innovative parts and accessories that fill out our product line today ensuring TeraFlex’s dominant hold on the Jeep market. Not only was TeraFlex the first manufacturer to engineer a suspension system for the TJ Wrangler’s all-new coil spring suspension, but we are the only aftermarket company to offer a solution for the venerable 231 transfer case’s low-range gearing. Then in 2001, TeraFlex stunned the entire off-road industry with the TJ’s CRD60 – an off-road specific high-pinion differential based around the Dana 60 axle platform. The CRD60 took innovation to a new level, reinforcing our position in the industry.
