Laser Cut Header Flanges: High quality laser cut 304 stainless steel header flanges provides superior sealing at the head surface. 304 Stainless Steel Tubing: High grade stainless tubing with a uniform brushed finish provides a beautiful look and high resistance to corrosion. Mitered Merge Collectors: 3-to-1 mitered merge collectors decrease turbulence and increases exhaust velocity. The result is increased horsepower, torque and improved throttle response. TIG-Welded: 100% TIG-Welded by certified craftsmen for race proven strength and durability. TIG-Welding provides the strongest welds reducing stress cracks. Replacement of catalytic converters (if equipped) is allowed only under the following conditions: 1) if the vehicle is missing a converter; 2) if a state or local inspection program has determined the existing converter has been lead-poisoned or damaged or otherwise needs replacement; or 3) if the vehicle is more than five (5) years old or has more than 50,000 miles and a legitimate need for replacement has been established and documented. This product only fits those vehicles as listed in the application table. aFe headers and exhaust are engineered and manufactured in our Corona, California manufacturing facility.
