Product Description
AZENIS RT660+ Inspired by enthusiasts and crafted for performance, the revamped AZENIS RT660+ delivers motorsports-level traction both on and off the track. Building upon the success of Falken’s Azenis RT660, the PLUS comprises updates to the cap-ply design, creating a larger contact patch for increased cornering power and improved heat management. The competition-proven carcass construction maximizes handling response and vehicle stability, while the tried-and-true tread compound provides enhanced longitudinal grip for those who expect peak performance on any road. The track-ready RT660+ is still DOT-approved, allowing users to drive from the street to the track without hassle. With design improvements resulting in a lighter tire for improved vehicle dynamics, and five new 20-inch sizes added to the lineup, the Azenis RT660+ invites more enthusiasts to experience the difference.
Product Key Features
- Updated Cap-Ply Construction: Uses a modified nylon cap-ply design (removing one belt layer) that delivers a larger contact patch and more uniform pressure distribution for improved cornering power.
- Enhanced Heat Management: Refined internal construction and manufacturing changes help dissipate heat better during aggressive driving and reduce performance drop-off.
- Weight Reduction: Redesigned structure results in a lighter tire compared to its predecessor, improving overall vehicle dynamics and unsprung weight.
- Improved Batch Consistency & Durability: Tighter manufacturing tolerances address previous tread-splice and batch-to-batch consistency issues while increasing overall longevity.
- Crosshatch Carcass Design: Features an internal two-ply polyester casing with Falken's rigid sidewall construction for sharp steering feedback and high-speed stability.
- Street Legal (DOT-Approved): Fully compliant for public roads so you can drive to and from the event venue.
