Product Description

Curt’s Rambler Steel RV Tow Bar is a sleek, powerful tow bar that is engineered for smooth non-binding operation, easy portability and dependable towing. The CURT Rambler steel tow bar is constructed with patent-pending, non-binding latches. These allow for easy disconnect on uneven terrain. It also has an automatic, hands-free locking mechanism when connecting the tow arms, making sure you are ready to tow safely. The Rambler has a strong but lightweight design, weighing in at less than 40 pounds. This makes it easier to carry and setup, compared to competitive models. The design is rigorously tested and fully rated for 7,500 pounds. When your dinghy vehicle is disconnected, the Rambler™ is easy to store. The arms fold to the right or left, together or apart, to help keep them out of the way and unobstructed by a spare tire or other rear RV equipment. To protect the Rambler against the elements, it comes with protective rubber sleeves on each arm and a highly durable textured black powder coat finish. This tow bar fits 2 in. x 2 in. hitch receivers and is compatible with all RockJock base plates (sold separately).

Product Brand Information

RockJock by John Currie’s roots run deep as jeeping has been a love of the Currie family for decades. In his off-roading adventures, John pushed the limits of his vehicles coming to the realization of the shortcomings of the equipment. Thus, it became John’s goal to design and build the best-performing, strongest, most durable products on the market. A Jeep suspension upgrade product line was first developed in the 1980s based around Jeep CJ and YJ vehicles. Fast forward to 1998 and John’s off-roading passion evolved into professional rock crawling competitions. In 2001, John Currie took home the 1st place trophy in the Extreme Rock Crawling Championship Series, in a RockJock equipped Jeep TJ Wrangler. This was the first of many victories and championships for John, and the victories have continued with various other drivers of RockJock equipped vehicles in numerous rock crawling, Ultra 4 and desert racing categories!
